  • At The Leadership Program, we believe that cultivating students’ and administrators’ sense of empowerment and connectedness is the key to creating positive change in schools. We do this through a wide variety of services that are tailored to each school and that appeal to youth, teachers, and parents in inner-city elementary, middle and high schools. We have worked for over 15 years with researchers, administrators, teachers and students to create a variety of high quality curricula that have been shown to change student attitudes towards violence, gang involvement and substance abuse.
